Just In Time Tech offers affordable, reliable, and timely support to our customers for a wide variety of technical issues. On this page, you will find additional information on the pricing of our services and the warranty associated with the work performed by our technicians.
The primary goal of Just In Time Tech is to offer affordable technology support and repair to all of our customers. To achieve that goal, we charge residential customers at a rate of $15 per 1/4 hour increment ($60 per hour) for all services. Small business customers will be charged at a rate of $20 per 1/4 hour increment ($80 per hour). Additional charges may be applicable for travel distances of more than 30 miles and additional parts and labor.
Just In Time Tech provides a 30 day limited warranty on all services performed by our technicians. If the customer contacts Just In Time Tech with a complaint about previously completed work completed in the past 30 days, Just In Time Tech will make reasonable efforts to address complaints either in the form of additional uncharged labor or a refund of 75% of the cost of the original service. The limited warranty does not cover unrelated hardware failure, data loss, or other problems arising from the improper use of the device. Just In Time Tech reserves the right to deny warranty claims for any justified reason.
